Nel 2020 un uomo ha deciso di trasferirsi in una città poco dopo il divorzio. Lasciando la sua ex moglie e i suoi figli in una spaziosa casa in periferia, ha acquistato una casa compatta simile a un monolocale chiedendo un prestito e sperando che in seguito ne avrebbe comprata una grande.
Avrebbe potuto estinguere il prestito in tre-cinque anni e trasferirsi in un appartamento molto più grande. Per quanto sorprendente possa sembrare a prima vista, si rese conto che il precedente non era niente di male e in realtà non ne aveva bisogno di uno più grande.
Come sostiene, c’è tutto ciò che serve per la vita: una camera da letto, un soggiorno, una cucina e un’area di lavoro. Non manca nulla.
